I'm so pleased you liked all the twisty elements of this story. The Magic: I think the way that Nimueh and Morgause describe and handle magic is very personal and possessing and totally imagine Merlin to develop his own connection to magic in a good/bad way as well.

Gwaine: I adore his love for Merlin. I can't seem to stop writing it.
